Gotta love the Blue Angels. I saw them in Tallahassee when I was a kid.
Those are cool pictures. I took my kids to see the Blue Angels in S.D. County, I want to say Mira Mesa? This was like 15 years ago though.

I always enjoy Air Shows. It brings out the latest in technologies, with a "party" atmosphere. I have operated with, both, the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds, all with the idea of promoting Military/Civilian Aviation.

I have flown into Tallahassee and loved that town. The people, there, were very friendly and made my visit the most pleasant.

Yes, the Blue Angels, when in San Diego, do fly out of MCAS Mira Mar, though the station was previously known as NAS Mira Mar, home of the "Top Gun" program.
